Rosler Germany

Rösler is the company that manufactures HIT Equipment Polisher. They are a very large multi national company who excell in providing the well known German quality in their products. Here is an excerpt from their website.

"Rösler's history is closely related to a material, which still provides an important basis for our polishing medium program. It began in 1933 with a porcelain company in Dessendorf/Sudetenland, which the company founder, Richard Stephan Rösler, rebuilt in 1948 after the end of the war in Tettau - Schauberg/Upper Franconia. The first polishing media were created from broken pieces resulting from the production of beer bottle tops, pharmaceutical porcelain, and technical ceramics.

In 1958, the family procured real estate and buildings of the porcelain factory Alboth & Kaiser in Staffelstein - Hausen, where Roland Rösler built up a production branch dedicated to polishing media and began to develop and produce vibratory finishing systems and compounds in 1974.

Vibratory finishing had a boom a few years later. Success in the sales of polishing media and equipment led to new expansion and the relocation of mechanical engineering from Hausen to Memmelsdorf/Untermerzbach in 1980.

In 1991, Rösler became an international company overnight. With the purchase of the Rotofinish - Group, subsidiaries were gained in France, Great Britain, Italy, the Netherlands, and Spain.

In 1995, Stephan Rösler represented the third generation to take the wheel and he continued the technical and spatial expansion of the company:

In 1997/1998, all company parts were certified according to DIN EN 14001 and according to DIN EN 9001.

In 1998, the company got involved in shotblasting technology and bought Hunziker Industriestrahltechnik/Switzerland.

In 1998/1999, shotblasting technology was expanded at the Memmelsdorf site with a 2nd testing center.

In 2000/2001, the areas of mechanical engineering,
administration, and customer service were expanded in
Memmelsdorf.

By 2001, additional subsidiaries were also opened in Austria, Singapore, Brazil, South Africa, and the USA.

Today, the Rösler - Group has around 990 employees worldwide, including 640 in Germany. Our distribution network is supported by 12 branches and over 60 worldwide representatives. In spite of our size, we are still a family company and want to remain so in the future."
